We want you to bring out your inner awesome this spring and there are plenty of ways for you to spruce up your life both physically and mentally. Here are our top tips to let your inner awesome shine this spring!   

1. Spring Cleaning

Decluttering your home will add zen into your life. Spring clean your entire home starting with your kitchen, go through the pantry and make sure you throw out any expired foods or unhealthy temptations. If you have an outside patio, open it up so you can start having your friends over for backyard barbecues.  It’s time to air out your home and let the fresh air in!


2. Flowers and Scents

While on the home front, why not inject some colour into your domain with some fresh flowers! Start growing your own spring garden that’s filled with plenty of colour as the beautiful sight has been shown to increase your endorphins and bring a smile to your dial. Pop your flowers in a vase and invigorate your sense of smell by burning a scented soy candle in your home.


3. Cleaner Eating

If you’re feeling a little slump after the cold weather, get your groove back and start snacking properly! While it’s OK to treat yourself now and then, curb your hunger with some healthy snacks such as apple slices and raw nuts. Green juices and smoothies are also a brilliant way to get your daily intake of veggies and help your skin glow.


4. New Season, New Wardrobe

With the warmer weather, it’s time to get out the flowy skirts and cute sandals. Now that spring fashion is hitting stores, a new outfit will boost your confidence in an instance!  If you’re on a budget, think about investing in some new accessories such as a great hat to protect your skin from the sun’s rays or a fabulous statement necklace that can work for the office or for play.


5. Soak Up the Sun

When you’re out of the HYPOXI studio, take advantage of the amazing spring weather and stay fit with long walks. Zone out, grab a magazine, plug your iPod in and soak up the rays! Fresh air and vitamin D will rejuvenate your mind and bring a sense of calm and serenity to your being.  If you’re working on your tan lines, please be careful and make sure you slip slop slap.
