They say that prevention is the best medicine, so try and keep your health in tip top perfect condition this winter by incorporating the following list of immunity boosting superfoods into your diet. The best thing about this list is, you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars at health food stores! And you can pick up most of these immunity boosting superfoods at your local supermarket!


The OG superfood, that’s medicinal properties have been used for decades. Manuka Honey contains antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties which can help soothe sore throats and improve digestive comfort associated with inflammation. Opt for the raw/manuka variety to reduce your intake of processed/refined sugar.
