Have your noodles and eat them too!

When you are trying to go low carb, it seems like the foods you once SO loved are out of bounds and that you will never be able to have delicious bolognese again!

UNTIL NOW. I am sure you have seen what has been very active across social media – zucchini noodles AKA “Zoodles” and they are all created with a nifty, hand held device called THE SPIRALIZER!

If you dont already own one, you probably should as this device is going to save you calories, carbs and your insanity!

As HYPOXI recommends to remove carbs 4 hours after a session, we recommend that our clients purchase a spiralizer immediately to make meal times easier.


Zoodles (as mentioned and probably the most popular)
Simply out a zucchini in and spiral away! depending on your device, you can either spiral or ribbon – whatever suits your taste. All you need to do then is simply steam the zucchini for a couple of minutes and top with your favourite sauce… YES PLEASE.

Apples are an amazing and sweet addition to add to your salads (fennel and apple coleslaw is YUM!) and they are much more palatable (and impressive) when they are spiralized. Simply cut out the core, cut each side off the apple and spiralize away!

Tears be gone! Onions no longer have to be a tear-fest, you can cut your onions into chunks and spiralize with the flat blade – as the onion is layered anyway, they are perfectly spiralized.

If you want to know where to buy a spiralizer, they are available at main department stores such as David Jones, Myer OR online… they are stocked in a lot of places and can be delivered to your door!
